Emerging artist with a bachelor's degree in visual and media arts from UQÀM, Annabelle Brazeau practices her art while exploring various regions of Quebec. From Baie-Saint-Paul to Sept-Îles, her nomadic lifestyle tinges her projects with a desire to meet people and a sense of community. She elaborates on themes of gentleness and intimacy through drawings characterized by their vibrancy and pictoriality, and reflects on the optical effects that saturated colors create when superimposed. She is currently working on her first comic book, Astra.
