Chloé is a Montreal-based author and illustrator who describes herself as curious and clumsy. She grew up between the gray cityscape and the beauty of a forest in the Eastern Townships. It was in this place, where she spent every weekend of her childhood, that her boundless love for Quebec’s wildlife was born. Her illustrations, which blend elements of comics and animation, are always tinged with humor. The characters she creates are often furry and feathered, but above all endearing and sensitive, prompting us to engage in necessary self-reflection. Chloé loves her work because it allows her to convey messages to young people through her characters and thus encourage them to think. As a mother, she hopes to guide and instill good values in the adults of tomorrow. In her view, humor is often the best way to get a message across.
