My name is Anthony Aubin (artist name: Tone, a nickname given to me by my best friend). I’ve been a freelance illustrator for over five years now. I’ve been drawing since I was a child, inspired in particular by the Belgian comic artists of the golden age. My work revolves around narrative illustration (storytelling), character design, and occasionally more graphic-style illustration. I aspire to excel in the field of illustration, working alongside authors and artists from all walks of life! Being quite versatile, I enjoy discovering diverse projects and having the opportunity to step outside my comfort zone, pushing my creative process and learning further. Someone once told me: “To think of creating is to exist.” It’s a phrase I apply to my daily life.
