It’s party time at the FBDM!
It’s with joy and emotion that we’re finally unveiling the maginificient poster of the 5th Montreal Comic Arts Festival! And what’s a better way to celebrate than to launch our Friends of FBDM Circle? Let the party begins!
The poster, created by Jean-Paul Eid (Bungalopolis, La femme aux cartes postales), wants to celebrate the local comic artists. Featuring more than fifteen Quebec cartoon characters preparing for the festival, this poster perfectly reflects the diversity of the comics community and the big party that is the FBDM. It will be also available on the back of each program, as a souvenir to keep from this anniversary edition.
The Montreal Comic Arts Festival is also launching the Friends of FBDM Circle. Gatherer and advantageous, the Circle highlights the engagement of the comic books lovers towards our free event, while encouraging its future development. Starting at $5, each category of friends offer exclusive benefits, from free poster to one-of-a-kind signed bookplates, or exclusive access to signings and a comic book exchange during the festival .
