About Matthew Forsythe
Matthew Forsythe is an illustrator and cartoonist. His work has won numerous awards. His illustrations include The Gold Leaf (Bull-Bransom Award from the National Museum of Wildlife Art, USA), published in 2017 by Comme des géants under the title La feuille d’or. His first children's album, Pokko and the Drum (published by Comme des géants under the title Pokko et le tambour in 2020) won the Boston Globe-Horn Book Honor Book Award for Picture Book and was a finalist for the Charlotte Zolotow Award. He lives in Montreal.
