Talhí is a Montreal artist of Chilean origin. Both a writer and cartoonist, she illustrated and co-authored the comic book Emmanuel just wants to die, at Glénat QC, as well as the fantasy novel Hieroglyphs – The celestial conspiracies, at Québec-Amérique. On the web, she tackles delicate societal problems by making them more accessible through comics. Recently, she participated in the exhibition "é(e)+: Trajectoires des femmes en STEM" at the École de Technologie Supérieure; and produced the short science-fiction comic Une chance sur dix in the MCAF's anniversary anthology X. She’s also known for having drawn pinup calendars of male Avengers. Currently, she is working on a queer western romance novel.
