Between reading a comic book and watching a Ninja movie, Hugo Bellavance finally found the time to create his own comic book. With his cinematic approach and contrasts between darkness and bright colors, he made a bloody entrance into the world of Quebec comics with his first work entitled C'est si beau le rouge. As a graphic designer and illustrator, he won the Hollywood Pictures poster contest organized by the website joblo.com. He also won an award in LUX magazine's 100 images of the year in 2017.
