About Chloé Baillargeon
Born in 1984, Chloé is an illustrator, author and comic book artist from Montreal. Inspired by the forests of Quebec, which she knows well since her childhood. The characters she created are often hairy or feathered, but above all endearing, funny and sensitive. Self-taught artist and a little bit clumsy, her pencil stroke is recognized by the touch of humor that she loves to add to her stories. When she’s not drawing, Chloé strum her banjo, knitts or builds a fairy house for her children. She as created the series Les Morilles and Kévin, l’écureuil qui cherchait des arbres, as well as the albums Wapi LeWapiti (Éditions Les Malins and KATA Éditeur).
