Jean-Michel as a child was clearly drawn by Bill Watterson, racing to find more comics to read. As he grew up, he would be drawn more by Becky Cloonan, his life split into many styles and interests. When he started at the university, he was already working on popular culture and strange objects. This experience will have transformed him into an illustration made by Jean-Paul Eid. During this time, during the doctorate in semiology, self-consciousness and pirandellist humor will have taken over, he is invited to speak about culture on Radio-Canada radio and during some television programs. At the moment, Jean-Michel doesn't know who is drawing him, he looks at his hands, his gestures, the setting and reads a lot to find the one who best captures the world in which he lives today.
