Catherine-Emmanuel Brunet has been cultivating her two passions, literature and documentaries, for over 10 years. She has been involved with MCAF since 2018, as a host and member of the programming committee. She works as a researcher and scriptwriter for feature-length documentaries and documentary series in Canada and internationally. She also hosts literary roundtables and interviews, as well as the literary podcasts Secrets d'édition and Ligne de fond. Since 2021, she has held the position of Vice-President of the Visual Researchers’ Society of Canada.
