Catherine-Emmanuel Brunet has been pursuing her two passions—literature and documentaries—for over 10 years. She has been involved with the FBDM since 2018, serving as a facilitator and member of the programming committee. She works as a researcher and screenwriter for feature-length documentaries and documentary series in Canada and internationally. She also hosts literary roundtables and interviews, as well as the literary podcasts Secrets d’édition and Ligne de fond. Since 2021, she has served as vice president of the Canadian Audiovisual Research Association.
