Eugénie Emond is a journalist and author born in Montreal. She holds a master’s degree in gerontology from the University of Sherbrooke. Over the past fifteen years, she has explored the topic of aging and its social construction. Her work as a journalist has earned her numerous awards, including two gold medals at the Digital Publishing Awards in 2021 and 2022. Her first book, SAVOIR FAIRE: Stories, Wisdom, and Tools from Our Grandparents, was published by Éditions Cardinal in 2022. She lives in Saint-Antoine-de-Tilly in the Chaudière-Appalaches region.
