About War and Peas (Jonathan Kunz)
Jonathan Kunz is a German comic artist and writer. Together with Elizabeth Pich, he co-creates the webcomic War and Peas, launched in 2011 and now reaching millions of readers worldwide. Their books include Funny Comics for Dirty Lovers (2020), Once Upon a Workday (2024), and Hi, Earth (2025), published by Andrews McMeel with translations in multiple languages. Kunz studied Media Art & Design at the HBKsaar, where he later founded a Master's specialization in Comic/Graphic Novel. He has spoken and exhibited internationally, from Comic Con India to the Festival d'Angoulême.
