Juliette Pierre is a comic book artist, illustrator and science communicator based in Montreal. With a PhD in mechanical engineering, she now applies her creativity and talent to science, presenting research findings in comic book form and even illustrating lectures. Accustomed to communicating complex topics across a range of scientific fields, she loves exploring new ways to pass on knowledge to the next generation. Juliette currently works with various organisations involved in science communication in Quebec, such as UQAM’s Coeur des sciences. Her first comic, Miroir, humorously recounts her love for science and comics since childhood.
