About Peanut Soup
Originally a webcomic, Peanut Soup follows a cozy, nostalgic queer romance set in 1989: During a particularly hot summer filled with even hotter soup, a visit from Nik, Merritt’s friend from school, sparks unfamiliar feelings and begins to blur the lines between friendship and something more. The Peanut Soup series has been published online since 2021 and explores themes of family dynamics, cultural backgrounds, asexuality, and occasionally, soup!
