I grew up in Nova Scotia during the animation renaissance of the 1990's which fueled my obsession with cartoons. My Grandfather was also an artist and my first mentor. There was no doubt I would pursue art as a career and initially my desire was to become a comic strip artist. I went to College in NBCC Miramichi to study fine arts (life drawing, painting and sculpture) and 2D hand drawn animation. I have since worked as an animator, illustrator and painter. Since 2009, I've exhibited my work in galleries, art fairs and conventions. I've also curated group shows over the years. At last in 2024, I fulfilled my dream of self published my first comic book.
