Anit is a fiery Franco-Ontarian violinist who draws on his Saguenay and Indian origins to create lively local music, while drawing inspiration from the traditions of the Orient, Eastern Europe and Latin America. As a composer and multi-instrumentalist collaborator, he can be heard in a multitude of albums, video games, films and immersive installations. He has toured internationally with his bands: Gypsy Kumbia Orchestra, Ayrad and the Chango Family.
