Julie Rocheleau is an illustrator and comic book artist based in Montreal. Having initially worked as a freelancer for animation studios, she turned her attention to comic books in the early 2010s, producing acclaimed and award-winning collaborations in Canada, Europe and the United States. She creates illustrations for numerous novels aimed at readers of all ages, as well as posters and drawings for magazines, and produces fanzines and cyanotypes for her own enjoyment. Her work is often characterised by dynamic compositions, an intuitive approach to colour, and a touch of playfulness.
