Luc Chamberland, a native of Earth, holds a degree from Concordia University and a Master's degree in film from Staffordshire University, UK. Already in elementary school, he was working on comics. At every opportunity, he created a comic here, a comic there, and participated in the creation of one of the first Quebec comics magazine Cocktail. After an exciting mentorship at the Franco-Belgian school of comics, Luc set off on an adventure as a nomadic intergalactic director, director/designer of numerous commercials (London, Paris, Berlin, Budapest, Rome, Vancouver, and Montreal). He is animating numerous international productions, to name just a few, Fievel Goes West (Spielberg), Space Jam (Warner Brothers), and took on the role of animation director for Joseph, the King of Dreams (Dreamworks). A multi-award-winning director, he produced and directed, several short films and his love letter to comics: the feature film Seth's Dominion for the NFB. Passionate about comics, he has several "drawings" for the future... he doesn't have enough interstellar nine lives to complete all his abundant projects.
