About Arielle Corbeau

Arielle Corbeau is a self-taught artist based in Chicoutimi, with a passion for the arts, music and cinema, and a talent for navigating her pen through the projects that thrill her. Initially a journalist on the local music scene for écoutedonc.ca and a cartoonist for Knock-Out, an independent record store, her eclectic career path led her to illustrate the sensual Perdre Haleine by author Anne Archet, and then to illustrate Les Évadés album Telepass. His militant values then led him to collaborate with the irreverent journal L'Idiot Utile. These days, she can be found sitting at her drawing table, simmering future projects on a grander scale, pen in hand and inspiration at heart.

J'ai participé aux collectifs Crémage, Zidara9, Planches, Le Bob ainsi que dans le journal indépendant L'Idiot Utile. Je travaille présentement sur ma première bande dessinée longue intitulée Rookies.
