{"id":14315,"date":"2018-01-22T14:46:34","date_gmt":"2018-01-22T19:46:34","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.fbdm-montreal.ca\/?p=14315"},"modified":"2019-04-13T21:29:31","modified_gmt":"2019-04-14T01:29:31","slug":"call-for-proposals-2018","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.fbdm-mcaf.ca\/en\/univers-bd\/babillard\/news\/call-for-proposals-2018\/","title":{"rendered":"CALL FOR PROPOSALS 2018"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Greetings everybody!<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The 7th edition of the Montreal Comic Arts Festival (MCAF) is coming soon and we want YOU to be part of it. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Since 2012, YOU have made this celebration of comics possible while also allowing us to exist, so we want to say \u2018thank you\u2019 by giving YOU the opportunity to create the workshop of YOUR dreams! <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">This year, we\u2019re looking for participants like YOU (whether you\u2019re bankers, bakers, truckers, or artists) to organize and run great workshops related to diversity and careers in comics. From computer programming to DIY classes, or environmental awareness and mindfulness&#8230; YOU decide!<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Here\u2019s what you need to apply:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Experience in organizing and running a workshop<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A great idea linked to comics<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A plan for your 45-min workshop<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Write to (virginie.mont-reynaud@fbdm-montreal.ca) to submit your project before Friday, February 9th at midnight. <\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Projects will be evaluated based on merit and each participant will receive compensation.
