Humour

Adult

It was when he opened a Tintin that Jean Lacombe felt like telling stories with words and images. For more than thirty years, he has published several comic strips in the pages of Croc magazine, at Boréal, at Éditions du Soleil de minuit and at La Pastèque. He has also published seven novels for children, with text and illustrations by Soulières. As Jean Lacombe has the habit of working on more than one project at a time, several stories are currently simmering. When he is not working on a new story, Jean Lacombe works in animation. Responding to commissions from various studios, he has contributed to a number of series such as Toupie and Binou among others. Jean Lacombe has also taught at the department of animation of the Cegep du Vieux Montréal.
